Afton Scientific cGMP Sterile Processing Facility Afton Scientific operates a state-of-the-art cGMP manufacturing facility that offers Grade A/Class 100 aseptic filling and terminal sterilization services for liquids and container-closures. As expected, all relevant equipment is fully validated according to cGMP requirements, and capable of meeting your entire short-run liquid fill needs. Our clean room is fully compliant with FDA regulations and is suitable for liquid fills of 1–100-mL vials, with production sizes from 100 to 15,000. The in-house water purification system provides a reliable source of distilled Water for Injection, USP, for cleaning and formulation. The air-handling system ensures that all controlled areas maintain a low level of ambient particulate contamination and that positive air pressure is properly maintained throughout the manufacturing areas. Afton’s facility features electronic security and secured storage areas so you can rest easy knowing your product is safe. |
