1. New Filling Line: We’re installing a state-of-the-art vial, syringe, and cartridge filling line within an isolator system to improve sterility assurance and boost production throughput.
2. Broader Product Formats: Expanding beyond vials into pre-filled syringes and cartridges to better accommodate diverse sterile injectable formulations.
3. Advanced Aseptic Processing: Investing in next-generation equipment and enhanced contamination control for maximum environmental monitoring and quality.

Our Goals for This Phase

These early-phase investments position Afton to meet growing demand without compromising flexibility or quality. By adopting more sophisticated m achinery and processes, we’re solidifying our ability to support clients with high-quality, compliant, scalable solutions.

As demand for sterile injectables continues to rise, Afton will develop a large-scale manufacturing facility that will:

• Increase production capacity – Housing six to eight new clinical and commercial supply filling lines.
• Introduce new capabilities – Supporting biologics and sensitive drug formulations that require extended stability.
• Expand formulation and analytical services – Enhancing stability studies, validation programs, and early-stage drug development support.

This expansion will position Afton as a leading provider of sterile manufacturing solutions. It will allow the company to handle complex production needs while maintaining the highest quality standards.

After establishing additional facilities and production lines, we will focus on advanced manufacturing methods and emerging therapies. We aim to strengthen supply chain security and adopt more sustainable practices, ensuring our operations remain responsible and resilient. 

We plan to pursue strategic partnerships with biotech and pharmaceutical innovators to stay at the forefront of scientific discovery and deliver cutting-edge aseptic manufacturing solutions.
